VESTIDO PECES VERSUS VESTIDO TUL (ZARA)

    Dentro de un par de semanas, le dan un homenaje a un buen amigo mío, el evento será de noche y quería comprarme algo un poquito más especial.

 

       Within a couple of weeks, give it a tribute to my good friend, the event will be night and wanted to buy something a little more special.

 

     Hay dos vestidos en Zara, que veo muy apropiados para la ocasión, el problema es que no acabo de decidirme entre uno y otro.

      

     Two dresses in Zara, I see very Appropriate for the occasion, the problem is That I can not choose Between the two.

     A) Vestido estampado de peces. Este vestido me parece precioso, lleva un original estampado marino, con forma de tulipán y con una estructura muy armada.

     Lo combinaría con unos pendientes verdosos y un clutch en color verdoso también que tengo fichado en Blanco. 

      

      A) fish print dress. This dress seems to me beautiful, has an original print ocean, tulip-shaped structure with a heavily armed.
   Combine it with green earrings and a clutch in green color that I have also signed on Blanco.

     B) Vestido rosa de tul. Un vestido también precioso,  de linea muy romántica, princesita total, con escote en V, bordeado por encaje y en un tono rosa pastel de lo más favorecedor. 

      Al ser de un sólo color admite distintos complementos.

WHITE AND DENIM

     Este fin de semana en Sevilla ha hecho un tiempo estupendo, así que lo aprovechamos para ir a las Marciagas, una preciosa finca de turismo rural situada en el Aljarafe Sevillan, donde los niños pudieron bañarse y jugar a sus anchas.

      This weekend in Seville has a great time, so we took advantage to go to the Marciagas, a beautiful farm located in rural tourism Aljarafe Sevillano, where children could swim and play at ease.

     El look escogido, de lo más sencillo y cómodo, un veraniego vestido en color blanco y una chaqueta vaquera, para cuando por la tarde empieza a refrescar. Un estilo que utilizo mucho también en looks de playa. 

     El vestido tiene el cuerpo fruncido, como los vestiditos de verano que me ponía mi madre de pequeña y que yo le sigo poniéndo a mi hija, y la parte de abajo del vestido va con volantes hasta el tobillo.

       The chosen look, very simple and comfortable, a white summer dress and a denim jacket, for when the evening begins to cool. A style that looks also use a lot of beach.

      The dress has shirred body, such as summer dresses I wore my mother's small and that I still putting my daughter, and the bottom frilly dress goes to the ankle.

Y SEVILLA EMPRENDIO EL CAMINO

     Ayer por la mañana, la hemandad de Sevilla comenzó el peregrinaje hacia el Rocío, la comitiva parte de la centrica plaza de Salvador, donde el gentío se agolpa para ver descender al simpecado.

       Yesterday morning, the hemandad of Seville began the pilgrimage to the Rocío, the group sets off the central square of Salvador, where crowds throng to see down into Simpecado

   En la Calle Villegas pueden verse las carretas de bueyes alineadas esperando la salida del simpecado para sumarse a la comitiva y emprender el camino. 

      In Villegas Street can be aligned oxcarts Simpecado awaiting departure to join the party and hit the trail.

     La carreta de plata entra en la plaza del Ayuntamiento, donde le cantan salves y sevillanas: "Todos los días del año, yo soy feliz con mi gente, pero cuando llega mayo me va cambiando el ambiente, yo me pongo mi sombrero, me cuelgo mi medalla y me gusta tragar el polvo que va dejando la Raya..."

     The silver cart entering the Town Hall Square, where salves and flamenco dancers sing: "Every day of the year, I'm happy with my people, but come May, I will change the environment, I wear my hat, I hang my medal and I like swallowing dust that leaves the stripe ... "

Allí estuve viéndoles partir, y de buena gana me hubiera ido con ellos camino del Rocío.

I was there watching them depart,

TRES VESTIDOS Y UNOS ZAPATOS

 Tres vestidos y unos zapatos, esas son las tres nuevas incorporaciones a mi armario.

Three dresses and shoes, those are the three new additions to my wardrobe.

 

    1.- Vestido Zara Trafaluc, precio 29,95 €.-. Queda precioso puesto y puede servirte igual para cualquier tipo de evento, que para salir de cenita o de terracitas en la playa este verano.  

  1. Dress - Zara Trafaluc, price € 29.95. -. It is beautiful and can serve as well for any type of event, out of cenita or terraces on the beach this summer.

     2.- Vestido Sfera, precio 25,99 €.-, todos los veranos acabo cayendo en la tentación de comprarme un vestido en color blanco, pero con éste no he podido resistirme, me encanta el corte, es de lo más fresquito y sé que me lo voy a poner mucho.

   3.- Vestido Mango (Factory), Precio 6 €.-, vestido de lentejuelas que voy a ponerme en contadisímas ocasiones, pero por 6 €.-, como no me lo iba a traer.

    4.- Zapatos Shana.- precio 18,99 €.-, paso todos los días por delante de esta tienda, y en general no suele haber cosas que me gusten, hasta que vi estos zapatos en el escaparate,  van con casi todo y por tanto pueden sacarte de más de un apuro.

    Ya he tenido ocasión de estrenarlos y doy fé de que además son comodísimos.

   4. - Shoes Shana. - Price € 18.99. - Pass every day in front of this store, and in general do not have things that I like until I saw these shoes in the window, go with almost everything and so can get you out of more trouble.  

   I have already had occasion to estrenarlos and attest that they are also extremely comfortable.

Happy start to the week

COLA DE CABALLO

     Hace un par de semanas que me vengo notando algo hinchada, en el gimnasio me han dicho que es normal que con el calor el cuerpo tiende a retener líquidos, yo sinceramente pienso que los líquidos que estoy reteniendo no son los del calor, sino más bien los de la feria, comuniones, y eventos varios que he tenido en estos últimos meses, pero claro eso no se lo he dicho a la monitora del gimnasio.

     A couple of weeks I have noticed that I was somewhat swollen, at the gym told me that it is normal to heat the body tends to retain fluid, I truly feel that I am retaining fluids are not the heat, but rather those of the fair, communions, and various events I've had in recent months, but of course that I have not told the instructor of the gym.

     En cualquier caso, la última vez que hice la compra, me fui directa al stand de productos naturales y me compré una cajita de "Cola de Caballo", líquidos fuera, la mía es de la marca Vive+ salud natural, porque era la marca que tenían en ese supermercado, pero hubiera comprado cualquier otra marca que me diera garantía. Su precio 4,50 €.-  

       In any case, the last time I made the purchase, I went straight to the stand of natural products and I bought a box of "Cola de Caballo" liquid out, mine is brand Lives + natural health, because it was the brand that had at the supermarket, I would have bought any other brand to give me security. Its price € 4.50. -

     La Cola de Caballo, es una planta rica en determinados compuestos,  entre ellos la equisotonina, a los que se le atribuyen capacidad para aumentar la diuresis del organismo, razón por la que tradicionalmente se utiliza para tratamiento de retención de líquidos. Además, por su importante concentración de sílice, esta planta tiene la propiedad de actuar en el fortalecimiento de los huesos.

     Horsetail is a plant rich in certain compounds, including equisotonina, which is attributed to increase urine output capacity of the body, why is traditionally used to treat fluid retention. Furthermore, by its high concentration of silica, this plant has the ability to act in strengthening bones.

     El producto viene en formato cápsula, y mi caja contiene 50, de las cuales hay que tomar 4 al día, preferiblemente en desayuno y comida.

      The product comes in capsule form, and my box contains 50 of which have to take 4 a day, preferably breakfast and lunch.

     Yo llevo una semana tomándolas y lo cierto es que voy  más al baño y me siento muchísimo menos hinchada. Como se trata de un producto natural, que tiene además otros beneficios, estoy satisfecha con su uso, si bien es la única caja que voy a tomar este año, porque esta desaconsejado un uso prolongado de la misma.

     I took a week taking them and the truth is that I go to the bathroom and I feel much less swollen, as it is a natural product that has other benefits, I am satisfied with its use, although it is the only box that I will take this year, is discouraged because extended use of it.
